When was the last time you heard Coleen Garcia's name getting involved in a scandalous issue?

In his 15-minute fame, Coleen Garcia was arrested online off-guard after condemning the recent drug-related operation in Ozamiz City. The young actress re-tweeted a Twitter post by OC Palanca showing the bloody bodies of Ozamiz City Mayor Aldong Parojinog and his wife, Susan.
